Strawberry smell trademark denied
A French company has failed in its attempt to trademark the smell of fresh strawberries.
I hereby trademark this look of incredulity.

(Yes, I know this comment is no good to anyone, considering it's 30 days late.)
But I'm not sure that's a look of incredulty so much as a look of anguish.
It would cause you anguish to have the smell of strawberries taken away.
